Grubbel, hjärta och intuition
Jag är en grubblare! I min sinnesvärld har jag grubblat mig igenom 1000-tals händelser. Vad jag kommer ihåg så har jag alltid gjort så, alltid bearbetat allt genom att föra en dialog med mig själv. Tur att ingen kan titta in i huvudet på mig…det kan nog förvirra den bäste 
. Ibland så undrar jag om jag inte har fått en del svar från någon annan än mig men inte fattat det riktigt! En del svar har liksom förvånat mig själv!!
Sen har jag oroat mig för det mesta! Byggt upp scenarier om sånt jag ska göra, hur jag ska göra, vad som kan hända, massor med olika alternativ OM det eller det inträffar. Att det sen aldrig blir något av alternativen som händer är en annan femma! Så mycket energi jag har lagt på sånt!!!
Första gången jag träffade en man som var medial (som aldrig hade träffat mig tidigare) sa han att jag grubblar för mycket, analysera sönder mycket! ”Lyssna på ditt hjärta, följ din intuition”. Häpen undrade jag hur i hela friden han kunde veta det…efter 30 sekunder!!!!! Efter den gången träffade jag den ena efter den andra inom detta område. Det var som ringar på vattnet…jag upptäckte mer och mer, fick svar på mycket jag inte förstått tidigare och utvecklades enormt mycket och fortsätter att utvecklas! Det evigt återkommande, av alla olika personer som inte alls har känt mig, är just detta ”Sluta grubbla, lyssna på ditt hjärta, följ din intuition”. Ibland blev det nästan lite tjatigt men till slut så satt det där!! Helt plötsligt upptäckte jag att jag inte alls oroar mig så mycket längre….himmel vilken lättnad!!! Jag har lärt mig att meditera, jag har lärt mig att lyssna inåt, jag har lärt mig att svaren kommer (varifrån är jag fortfarande lite osäker på men jag är tacksam), jag lyssnar mer på mitt hjärta och på min intuition…och helt plötsligt har det blivit mycket lättare!!!
Grubblet finns där fortfarande till en viss del! Det dyker upp som gubben ur lådan när jag bli osäker och inte kan tro att något så bra kan hända MIG!!! Fast min intuition säger att jag är på rätt väg och mitt hjärta håller med helt och fullt, fast jag får bevis på bevis att det är rätt om jag lyssnar och följer. Jag har gjort misstaget tidigare att jag inte har lyssnat på magkänslan, trängt undan den för att den inte sa vad jag ville höra…..och vad blev det av det????….jo pannkaka…och till slut fick den rätt i alla fall!!! Tji fick jag…+ en massa onödiga sorger och bekymmer!!
Så bra jag har mått sen jag accepterade att det bästa är att följa flödet i mitt liv!!!…och än är det inte klart! Visst säger min inuition att tuffa tider inte går att undvika…MEN…den säger även att allt blir till det bästa….om jag lyssnar, följer, lär och acceptera skeendet, flödet! Mitt i allt detta glittrar det lyckokänslor, dessa känslor som kommer av många olika saker, av insikt, förståelse, upptäckter, drömmar och visioner…..och av människor jag älskar och som älskar mig !!!! Kan man bli annat än lycklig????
