Ibland får man sig en tankeställare, man ser saker man har gjort ur en annan synvinkel. Hur det kan uppfattas av andra och inte den egna bilden man har. Vid sådana tillfällen försöker jag sätta mig in i det och vända och vrida i den situationen det gäller! Jag kan inte förändra det som skett och att grubbla över något som är gjort hjälper inte så mycket heller! Visst kan jag känna ånger men oftast har jag lärt mig viktiga saker genom händelser som inte alltid är de mest lyckade! Utan dessa hade jag inte varit den jag är idag, hade jag inte fått insikt och erfarenhet som jag kan ta tillvara på nu…och i kommande händelser!
När någon talar om sin syn på saken kan det kännas som om jag blir anklagad, jag kan känna mig sårad och bortgjord. Jag vill försvara mitt beteende. Men…..just den reaktionen visar att jag egentligen varit medveten själv om att jag har gjort något som jag innerst inne inte mådde så bra av. Att det blir framlyft av någon annan gör att jag måste ta tag i det, tänka till och försöka att förstå själv, varför jag har gjort så. Det gör ont…det gör ont att se mig själv i det ljuset och erkänna att det inte var helt rätt, inte i mina egna ögon. Att se saker som de är, bearbeta det hela och sen släppa taget, att förlåta mig själv och gå vidare med den lärdomen jag har fått och skapa något bra utifrån den…det är svårt…men det går.
Att förklara för någon annan varför…utan att ta till försvarsinställningen och bara berätta sakligt, är inte lätt. Det krävs väldigt mycket tillit till en annan människa för att lämna ut sig så och det krävs styrka att lämna det bakom sig, gå vidare och inse att jag vid det tillfället var i ett skede och nu är jag i ett nytt skede som ska föra mig framåt.
Jag har funnits några år på vår jord, upplevt mycket, gjort mycket, lärt mig mycket och har säkert mycket framför mig! Jag har upplevt djup förtvivlan, rädsla och sorg. Jag har upplevt otrolig glädje, kärlek och vänskap, hissnande känslor. Jag har gjort dumma, oförklarliga, tokiga, roliga, givande, tråkiga, sorgsna och fantastiska ljuvliga saker i mitt liv! Samma som de flesta människor gör i sina liv! Utan dessa hade jag stagnerad, inte utvecklats och det är inte meningen med livet!
I mitt fortsatta liv vill jag fortsätta att utvecklas. Av alla saker jag har lärt mig fram tills nu bygger jag ett liv som jag delar med mig till de som vill dela det med mig. Som tar mig för den jag är, som hjälper mig att utvecklas och lära, som räcker fram sin hand och binder samman livets trådar med mig…. i kärlek, i vänskap, i tilltro och i livets skiftande skeden. Jag hoppas och tror att de finns…i mitt liv
