Sippar på ett glas rödvin, några stearinljus brinner och kastar sina skuggor på väggarna. Smyger ut emellanåt och tar en cigarett för att sen gå in i värmen igen. I bakgrunden slingrar sig musiken genom rummet, just nu Jon & Vangelis ”I’ll find my way home”. Jag blundar och låter mig svepas med musiken, känner tårarna bränna bakom ögonlocken. Kommer jag någonsin hitta min väg hem??
Jag öppnar ögonen igen och ser mig omkring. Ser på ljusen som brinner med stadig låga, lika stadig som min tro borde vara. Jag har tagit det första steget i ett av det som är rätt för mig. Det första steget i mitt nya liv, som jag vill ska följas av flera som för mig i rätt ritkting. Några steg så jag hittar hem till det som jag önskar, dit där jag blir hel. Där jag får blomma utan att känna skuggor som förmörkar solen.
Nu spelas ”Have a little faith in me” på stereon. Ett tecken?? Jag önskar jag kunde ha det….tro och tillit…till 100%! Det är svårt…när jag sitter här och tankarna smyger iväg på sina egna vägar. Med mörkret utanför fönstret som smittar av sig och viskar att tiden stadigt försvinner, att dagarna går utan att löften infrias. Tröttheten av väntan gröper ur tron på uppfyllelse som vatten gröper ur stenen. Varje dag som börjar med glädje, varje kväll som tar slut med en klump av tårar i hjärtat. Ögonblick av fullkomlig tilltro, lycka, följs av den bittra vetskapen att ännu en dag har gått där jag inte kunnat ta det steg som jag så länge har trott att jag skulle få ta. I många veckor har mitt hjärta värkt av förhoppning, otrolig lycka, kärlek och tårfyllda besvikelser. Som en berg och dalbana som aldrig tar slut. Nu börjar den närma sig slutet. Vad blir slutet??? Blir det med ett jubel jag stiger av den?? Eller blir det ett tårfylld farväl när den stannar?? Det finns ett löfte som är sagt, ett löfte som brinner i mig med ett klart sken, som jag klamrar mig fast vid, som jag VILL tro på!!! Om det bryts…vem ska jag då kunna lita på??? Hur ska jag då någonsin kunna lita på någon igen?? ÅÅÅÅ..jag har blivit sviken förr och överlevt!! Varje gång har jag tappat lite av min tilltro, min tillit och fått kämpa för att få tillbaka den något! Jag vet inte om jag klarar av det nu…inte när det gäller detta…inte när jag har mitt ”hem” så nära!! Det fullkomliga, det rätta!!! Att nästan nudda vid det och kanske inte nå ända fram….
Jag ser mig omkring och är stolt över mig själv!! Att jag kommit så långt som jag gjort!! Att jag till slut vågade ta tag i mitt liv! Att jag nu inte bara låter livet flyta vid sidan om mig utan har valt att leva, att uppleva livet!! Egentligen vet jag att livet ger mig överraskningar och även det mest sorgliga blir glädjefylld till slut. Denna väntan är på väg in i sitt slutskede. Den enda påverkan jag kan göra är att önska att det rätta blir gjort!! Att jag till slut får ta steget som för mig hem, hem där jag blir hel och får dela med mig av allt som jag bär med mig…med glädje!!! Att jag får dela med till 100% tillit och tilltro.
